State Road 7 and McNab are the easy part. The hard part is behind them — townhome lots off Rock Island Rd and Kimberly Blvd laid out in the seventies, narrow aisles, cars nose-to-tail in numbered spaces. We work out the approach before we roll. Sometimes that means staging on Bailey Rd and winching a car out instead of driving in at all.
Boulevard of Champions splits the city, so it's a short run either direction when a no-start turns into a shop transport. Heavy rental market here, plenty of older high-mileage cars, and a lot of them die right where they're parked. Lockouts, jumps, accident recovery with BSO on scene, impound release. The ground's flat. Parking is what complicates the tow.

Usually. Give dispatch the building number and which side you're on — many of these lots have one entrance, so we may send a wheel-lift or winch the car clear rather than squeeze a flatbed between two rows.
