The call usually comes from a garage. Somebody's car quit on level four of one of the mall decks, or a lowered coupe scraped its way down a ramp and won't restart, and now lot enforcement is circling. That's the bulk of what we handle up here: dead batteries in valet lanes, lockouts at the tower entrances off Country Club Drive, cars that need to come out of a gated deck without touching a hook. High-rise living means low clearance, so we bring a flatbed and soft straps by default — Turnberry, Porto Vita and Williams Island are full of exotics and EVs that a wheel-lift has no business near.
Biscayne is the other variable. In December the stretch through the mall zone crawls, and the Lehman Causeway backs up toward Sunny Isles, so we'll tell you honestly if the truck is sitting in it rather than pretend otherwise. I-95 and the Turnpike give us a way in from the west when US-1 is a parking lot.

Can you get a flatbed into my condo's parking deck?
Usually not — most of these decks are too low for a flatbed. We'll normally have the vehicle brought or rolled to the ramp entrance or a surface area, then load it there. Tell us the building and the level when you call and we'll plan the approach.
My car got towed by Aventura Police. What now?
You'll need to sort the release paperwork with the impound lot directly, since that's on their side. Once it's cleared, we can collect the vehicle and move it to your shop, dealer or building.
