Usually. Tell us the building and level — some ramps won't take a flatbed, so we come in with a wheel-lift or dolly the car out to the street. Have your gate fob handy for the permit lots.
My car got flooded on the east side. Can you still tow it?
Yes, and don't start it — water in the intake turns a tow into an engine job. The April 2023 event stranded cars all over this grid. We winch them out and flatbed them so nothing drags.
